- Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Different Types of Machinery Dump Truck: qty 1 Motor Grader: qty 1 Wheel Loader: qty 1 Bid document price: Birr 300.00 Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and are open to all eligible bidders. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Haramaya Woreda Finance and Economic Cooperation Office and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. in the morning and 2:00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. in the afternoon. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 300 (Three Hundred). The method of payment will be Cash on'site. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 28 June, 2021 G.C. at 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 90,000.00 for item 1.1, ETB 100,000.00 for item 1.2 and ETB 100,000.00 for item 1.3 Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address below on 28 June, 2021 G.C. at 3:15 p.m. in the afternoon. The Haramaya Woreda Finance and Economic Cooperation Office reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
