- Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of the Forage Seed and Grass like Desho Grass (Pennisetum Glaucifolium) (Bunch/Split), Alfaalfa (Exotic) (Medicago Sativa) (Kg), Pigeonpea (Cajanus Cajan) (Kg), Sesbania (Sesbania Sesban) (Kg) Bid closing date: Jun 06, 2023 10:00 AM Bid opening date: Jun 06, 2023 10:30 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid bond: 2% Complete set of bidding documents Shall be obtained from Good Neighbors Ethiopia located on the 5th floor, Ahmed Business Center building, Lideta sub-city, woreda 09, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 AM and 1:30 PM- 4:00 PM), upon presentation of a copy of renewed registration/Trade certificate (Legal Status) by paying ETB 400.00 (Four Hundred Birr) for the bid document. Bid proposals shall be submitted in one original and one copy (both for technical & financial) in a separately sealed envelope before or on the closing date of 06 June 2023, 10:00 Am to Good Neighbors Ethiopia head office/ Finance and Procurement department. The bid proposal must be accompanied by ONLY a CPO of 2% of the total offer prepared in the name of Good Neighbors Ethiopia. Bid opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and/or their legal agents who wish to attend on 06, June 2023 at 10:30 A.M. morning at Good Neighbors Ethiopia Head office meeting hall located at Lideta back of Balcha Hospital Ahmed Building 5th floor. Interested bidders can purchase the tender document by paying a non-refundable amount of ETB 300. It is mandatory to present samples for each item for the office of Good Neighbors Ethiopia at the time of bid opening. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partially or fully. The organization may award one or more types for a single bidder based on their eligibility.
