Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Generator and Pumps Bids opening date: Nov 30, 2021 10:30 AM Bid document price: 100.00 Birr Bid bond: 100,000.00 Birr in the form of Cahier's payment order, CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee letter from local bank and must be addressed to "Ethiopian Construction Design and Supervision Works Corporation” in a separate envelope, and be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 AM on Nov. 30, 2021 Bid security in the form of insurance bond and letter of guarantee issued by the nonfinancial institution shall not be accepted. Bids will be opened Nov. 30, 2021 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives, who choose to attend; at the address below. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Eligible documents are:-Renewed trade license for the current year, valid tax clearance VAT registration certificate, Tax Payer Identification Certificate (TIN) and registration certificate: Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Team Leader, Block 1, Floor 4, Corporate Service Office -ECDSWC and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during office hours from Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM -4:00PM on Friday 8:00AM to 11:30AM and 1:30PM-4:00PM. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) starting from the announcement floated on the newspaper. Bidders shall be required to submit: (a) Sealed Technical Proposal including Bid Security: one original and one (b) Sealed Financial Proposal: one original and one copy. The ECDSWC reserve the right to reject all or parts of the bid.
