Tenders are invited for Siinqee Bank Share Company Invites Sealed Bids from Eligible Bidders for the Supply and Delivery of the Wooden Suggestion Box Bid closing date: Jun 10, 2022 2:30 PM Bid opening date: Jun 10, 2022 3:00 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: Birr 250 Bid bond: 2 % 3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the Banks Procurement Manual and Police and are open to all eligible bidders. 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested and eligible Bidder from the office of Accounts and Finance Directorate, Odaa Tower 6th floor Office No. 608, Addis Ababa upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Br. 250/Two hundred fifty birr/from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm local time (Monday - Friday) and from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday except on public or government holidays, if any. 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Procurement and Supply Management Directorate, Odaa Tower 5th floor office No.505, Addis Ababa from 08:30 am to 5:00 pm on Monday to Friday and 8:30 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday except on public or Government holidays, if any. 6. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the total estimated contract price from recognized banks. 7. All bids in one original plus one copy properly filled in, signed, and stamped, and should be dropped in the Tender Box prepared for this purpose in the Procurement and Supply Management Directorate, 5th-floor office No. 505 on or before 2:30 p.m. on June 10th, 2022. 8. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony on June 10th, 2022 at 3:00 P.M at the company's meeting hall located at the 7th floor. 9. Late Bids, bids not opened and ot read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for further evaluation purposes. 10. The SIINQEE BANK SHARE COMPANY reserves the right to accept or reject all bids fully or partially at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
