- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Supply and Fix Lot-1 Door and Window Work & Auditorium Work Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid amount in the form of CPO. 3. A bidder can only bid for the same price. Alternative price will not be accepted. 4. Bid documents can be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) during office hours. 5. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid amount in the form of CPO. 6. Bidders should submit their offer in a sealed envelope by June 10, 2013 at 4:00 AM. 7. The bid will be closed on June 10, 2013. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at 10:00 am local time in the presence of bidders or their representatives
