- Tenders are invited for Supply and Fix Laminated MDF Cabinet with 2 sliding doors, Chair, Sofa, Chief of Staffs & Director 30 table, Meeting Table, Laminated MDF Cabinet with 2 wooden framed tempered glass swinging doors 1 Supply and Fix Laminated Mdf Cabinet with 2 Sliding Doors 700 qty 2 Chair 30 qty 3 Sofa 2 qty 4 Chief of Staffs & Director 30 Table 30 qty 5 Meeting Table 20 qty 6 Laminated Mdf Cabinet with 2 Wooden Framed Tempered Glass Swinging Doors 10 qty Amount of Bid Security: 65,000.00 Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the Government Procurement Guideline and are open to all bidders from Eligible source country as defined in the Guidelines. Electronic bid will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Birr 65,000.00 (Birr Sixty Five Thousand). Bid Security must be in the form of CPO, Bank Guarantee and Irrevocable L/C from recognized Bank of Ethiopia or in Cash or any of permitted in Public Procurement & Property Administration Directive. Insurance Bond is not acceptable. Bidders shall provide with their bid; Relevant renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate, Tax Clearance letter from tax authority, and it should be valid, if not, it leads rejection of the Bid, Copy of registration certificate from Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA) (bidders can print their Registration Certificate from the PPPA website). Bidders shall be required submitting bid documents with single envelope containing Technical proposal and financial proposal with their copies separately, The bid will be closed on August 12, 2021 at 2:00 P.M and will be opened on August 12, 2021 At 2:30 P.M. in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the ance and Procurement Directorate office in the Block A 2nd floor of the Ministry, Addis Ababa Ethiopia The Purchaser reserves the right to reject the bid in partially or fully.
