- Tenders are invited for Supply and Implementation of Licenses. Bid closing date: August 23, 2022, at 10:00 AM local time 4:00 Addis Ababa Bid opening date: August 23, 2022, at 10:00 AM local time 4:30 Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 300 ETB Bid bond: 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr) A complete set of the bidding document in the English language may be purchased and inspected by interested bidders at the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 300.00 (Birr Three Hundred). The method of payment will be cash. Bidding documents must be delivered to the address below at 9 (c) on or before August 23, 2022, at 10:00 AM local time 4:00 Addis Ababa. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 8(d) on August 23, 2022, at 10:00 AM local time 4:30. All Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security of ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr) in the form of a CPO or unconditional bank guarantee.
