- Tenders are invited for Supply and Implementation of Mobile Money/Agent Banking Solution and Core Microfinance Application System Bid documents can be obtained from EPAY MFI-s Transitional Head Office, during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr Only). All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 2% of the bidder`s fixed fee for the proposed solution and its implementation, if issued by foreign bank counter-guaranteed by an Ethiopian bank. The sealed bid documents will be received at the Transitional Head Office, 5th Floor in Addis Ababa before or on April 5, 2021 until 5:00 p.m. Bids received after the closing time will be automatically rejected. Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives at 9:30 a.m. on April 6, 2021, EPAY MFI-s Transitional Head Office at Addis Ababa, (Alem Gebre Building - 5th Floor).
