- Tenders are invited for Supply and Implementation of Servers Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 2% Abay Bank invites all interested eligible bidders to participate on the bid for the supply and Implementation of Servers. Presentation of a copy of renewed trade license, Tax clearance certificate, and VAT registration certificate is a must. Bid document shall be obtained from the office of Procurement and Property Management Department located at Abay bank Head Office, Zequal Complex Building first wing 8th floor (Around Bambis, in front of NOC Fuel station) commencing September 15, 2021 up on payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Two Hundred Birr Only) by depositing at Abay Bank S.C , Main Branch Head Office Ground floor during office Hours (Monday to Friday 8:00-12:00 A.M, 1:005:00 P.M and Saturday 8:00 - 12:00 A.M). The bid shall be accompanied by a 2% bid bond (security bond) of the total quoted bid value in the form of Unconditional & Irrevocable Bank Guarantee from other Banks with a validity period not less than 150 days from the date of bid opening or Cashier's Payment Order (C.P.O) from any local Bank Bidders shall submit sealed bid documents to the address specified above before or on September 30, 2021 until 2:00 PM. The bids received after the closing time will be automatically rejected Bid opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and/ or their legal representatives who wish to attend on September 30, 2021 at 2:30 PM. Failure to comply with any of the above conditions shall entail automatically being rejected. The Bank reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.
