- Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Aluminum Works HFE now invites bidders for the execution and completion of the cited works from eligible bidders for Supply and Installation of Aluminum Works (aluminum partition wall, aluminum doors & windows) Experience of similar Works Interested bidders can obtain the bid documents during working hours against payment of nonrefundable BIRR 300 from below address; All bids must be wax-sealed and accompanied by bid security of BIRR 50,000 in the form of CPO or/unconditional bank guarantee in Payable to by the Name “Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia”. Valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and shall be delivered at the above noted address on or before 8:00 PM on June 14, 2022. Bids will be opened in the presence of those bidders or their legal representative who choose to attend on the same day 08:30 PM. We will not be responsible for any costs/ expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with site visits, preparation and delivery of bids. Technical qualification document shall be prepared in an original and one copy in a properly signed, stamped & separately wax-sealed envelopes, clearly marking “Original”, and “Copy” Bidders are instructed to submit technical and financial proposals in different envelope.
