- Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation (Electro-Mechanical Works) of Surface and Submersible Pumps & Generators with All Accessories. Bids opening date: Nov 16, 2021 02:30 PM Bid document price: 500 /five hundred/ Bid bond: 150,000.00 (one hundred fifty thousand) Lot 1: Supply and installation of fifteen (15) Sets of Submersible Pumping Units with Accessories with five (5) set 3. of Generating set. Lot 2: Supply and installation of Seven (7) Sets of Surface Centrifugal Pumping unit with Accessories, installation of pipes & fittings for two BH and Supply & installation of one set of submersible Centrifugal Pumping unit with accessories. Lot 3: Installation of Nine (9) Sets of Submersible Centrifugal Pumping Units with Accessories Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement team of the division and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during working hours from 8:30 AM-12:30 PM in the morning and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM in the afternoon. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders from October 22, 2021 onwards during office hours at the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 500/five hundred/. The method of payment will be in cash. Bid is two envelop bid and must be delivered with one original and two copies of technical and financial proposal in separate envelopes to the address given below at or before November 16, 2021 at 2:00pm. The bid shall be valid for the period of ninety (90) days and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of be ETB 150,000.00(one hundred fifty thousand) for lot 1, 2 & 3 for each, in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO (which should be valid for 120 calendar days starting from the date of bid opening). Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below on November 16, 2021, at 2:30pm.
