- Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Electromechanical Equipment for Water Supply Distribution System in Asgefen Kebele, Semurobi Woreda, Of Afar Regional State: qty 1 Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: ETB 100,000 Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement & Property Administration Directorate, Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries, Regional Pastoral Livelihoods Resilience Project-Federal Project Coordination Unit and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday during office hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred Birr only). The method of payment will be Cash, CPO, or Certified Cheque. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 AM on July 19,2021. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below 10:00 A.M on July 19, 2021. All bids must be accompanied by a "Bid Security" of ETB 100,000 birr or equivalent in any easily convertible currency in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee.
