Bid closing date: June 01-15, 2022 Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: Birr 500.00 MIDROC Construction Ethiopia PLC invites all qualified and interested bidders to participate in open bid for the supply and installation of IAAF standard Running Track and Field events Technical Components and ACO or equivalent sport system with detailed specification/components for its Assosa Stadium Project, located in Assosa, Benshahgul Gumuz Regional State. It covers 7,650.63 M² synthetic running track and 400 ML aluminum curves; various field event technical components, which include goals, corner flags, nets, boards, discus throw cages, hurdles, pole vault stand...etc. And also the ACO or equivalent sport system 7000 long jump sand pit 4X10X3M with complete fixing and other necessary accessories. Bidders must be certified installers by IAAF and fulfil requirements set thereby. A set of bidding document, outlining the specification of the installation and supply works as well as the bid specific condition, shall be obtained from Procurement and Logistics Directorate of MIDROC Construction Ethiopia PLC, located inside Mechare Meda, Room No. 09 between June 01-15, 2022 upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 500 (Birr Five Hundred) during office hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM -5:00 PM). Bidders shall submit both technical and financial proposals 1 original and 2 copies for each in a separate sealed envelope and the two envelopes sealed in one outer envelope.
