- Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Integrated Insurance Management Information Systems (IIMIS). A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred) from Berhan Insurance S.C., Bole Road/ Beside Wollo Sefer Square Garad City Center/ 7th Floor Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The bids must be accompanied by 2% of the total bid amount on a bid security from a recognized domestic financial institution in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO and should be valid for 180 days from the date of submission of bids. Bids sealed and prepared as per the instruction in the bidding document must be delivered in person to Berhan insurance company S.C. Bole Road/ Beside Wollo Sefer Square Garad City Center/ 7th Floor Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on or before August 04, 2022 until 2:00 pm. late bids will be automatically rejected. The bids shall be closed on August 04, 2022 at 2:00 pm. and opened on the same date on August 04, 2022 at 2:00 pm. in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from BIC at the address given below from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm 10 days before the bid closing date.
