Bidders must present copy of renewed Trade license, VAT registration Certificate and TIN certificate. Bidders can participate in each and/or the whole loted items separately as they prefer and should submit separate sealed envelope for each loted items Bidders must be accompanied by Bid bond of Birr 20,000.00 for the supply of computer items and office equipment-s. The bid security shall be payable on demand to the united insurance company SC. Financial and Technical proposal should be submitted separately with one original and one copy on or before September 28,2021 at 9.00 am to head office of the company. Bid shall be opened on September 28, 2021 at 10.00 am in the presence of bidders or their representative who may choose to attend. The united insurance company SC shall reserve the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
