- Tenders are invited for Ovid Construction Plc Invites the Bid for the Supply and Installation of Mechanical for Three Agricultural Product Market Centers in Addis Ababa through National Competitive Bidding (Ncb) Procedures Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and clarification on the bid documents from OVID Construction PLC Bole road, near Adey Ababa Stadium 2nd Floor, Contract Administration Directorate Tel: +251-989 11 27 37-e-mail: Info@ovid-group.com A complete set of bidding document can be purchased by Interested eligible bidders from the Procurement and Logistic Directorate 3rd floor, Tel: +251-116-613399 from September 25, 2023 at 8:00 AM up to 5:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays and From 8:00 AM up to 12:00 AM during Saturday on presentation of a duly signed and sealed application letter written in English on the Bidder's official Letter head, and upon payment of Birr 1000.00 (One Thousand Birr only) starting from the first date of this announcement published on the newspaper for consecutive 5 days. Bid proposal comprising one original and One copy of separately sealed Technical (qualification) and Financial proposals should be presented to the Procurement and Logistic Directorate OVID Construction PLC 3rd floor, Tel +251-11 661 3399 on the 5th day from the first announcement of the bid on the newspaper at 9.30 PM hours as it is clearly mentioned in the tender document. Late bids shall be rejected and will be returned unopened to the bidder. Bid document should be accompanied by a bid security amounting to Birr 250,000.00 (Birr Two Hundred Fifty Thousand) valid for 60 days, as specified in the tender documents and separately sealed within the Technical document. The bid security shall be in the form of Cash, Certified check, Payable order, Bank draft Letter of Credit or an Unconditional Bank Guarantee. The Bid Submission date will be October 11 until 2:00 PM and it will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at OVID Construction PLC 2nd floor, on October 11 at 2:30 PM in the afternoon.
