Tenders are invited for Supply and installation of pipes, Construction of 25m3 RCC reservoir, and Construction of Water Points Bids opening date: Dec 15, 2021 02:30 PM Bid document price: 500 birr Bid bond: 200,000 ETB Interested & competent contractors may purchase tender documents with 500 ETB and may obtain further information from The Pharo Foundation Country Office near Ambesa Garage GB Building or, BGRS Program Office, Assosa town near Boro Shinasha Development Association Office from 22/11/2021 to 15/12/2021, on working days from 09:00AM5:00PM A pre-bidding meeting if necessary will be arranged and communicated to all bidders who bought the bidder before bid closing date. The bid shall be submitted in original and duplicate copy and should be received by hand to The Pharo Foundation BGRS Program office not later than 2:00 PM 15th of December 2021. Bids will be opened at the same venue at 2:30 PM on 15th of December 2021 in the presence of the Contractors who wish to attend. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 calendar days after submission of Bids and must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 200,000 ETB in the form of CPO or bank guarantee The Pharo Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the selection process and reject all tenders at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Companies.
