- Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation Pipes & Fittings Woreda: Aleta Chuko Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 150,000.00 (One Hundred Fifty Thousand Birr) in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or CPO and shall remain valid for 90 (Ninety) days. Insurance bond is not acceptable. 5. Qualification requirements are provided in the bidding document with other additional details. 6. The Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and copies of necessary renewed licenses for the year with originals from Sidama National Regional State Water, Mines and Energy Bureau Procurement. Finance and Property administration directorate Near Hawassa City administration headquarter, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00. 7. Bids must be delivered to the Sidama National Regional State Water, Mines and Energy Bureau procurement, finance and property administration directorate, Room number 009, Telephone number +251 46 212 8953, on the 30th day of announcement on the national newspaper at or up to 12:30 p.m and Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/ their representatives who choose to attend in person at 2:30 p.m at the same date/ 30th day of announcement on the national newspaper/. If the day lay on the weekend or Ethiopian holiday the bid will open the next working day. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Contractors must participate in only one bid when will be submitted two bids: it will be rejected. Late bids will be rejected.
