- Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Solar PV System for 5 Water Pump Sites 3. Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on presentation of renewed license, Registration Certificate issued from the authorized Ministry, Taxpayer certificate, Registration Card for VAT & Tin together & Copy of ID card. Documents in English can be purchased from the above-mentioned office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 400 (four hundred) by submission of a written application to the Oromia Water & Energy Bureau. 4. Bid must be submitted to the below office on or before 06/2/2023 G.C 11:59 AM and must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 1% of the bid price in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee. 5.
