- Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Submersible Pumping Units and Riser Pipes with Accessories. Lot One: Supply and Installation of 5 Pump Units Lot Two: Supply and Installation of 5 Pump Units 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders from August 7, 2023, onwards during office hours at the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 1,000 (One thousand). The method of payment will be in cash. 6. Bid is two envelop bid and must be delivered with one original and two copies of the technical and financial proposal in separate envelopes to the address given below at or before August 30, 2023, at 2:00 P.M 7. The bid shall be valid for the period of ninety (90) days and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of be ETB 500,000.00 (Five hundred thousand) for each lot in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO (which should be valid for 120 calendar days starting from the date of bid opening). Late bids shall be rejected. 8. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below on August 30, 2023, at 2:30 P.M Bid closing date: Aug 30, 2023 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Aug 30, 2023 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 1000.00 Birr for each lot Bid bond: 500,000.00 Birr for each lot
