- Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Two-Way Handheld Radio with Full Accessories 1. VHF Repeater Base stations 2. Mobile Radio Equipment 3. BASE Radio 4. Portable Radio / Handheld Radio Bids opening date: Nov 22, 2021 02:30 PM Bid document price: 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 10,000 (ten thousand birr) Interested and eligible bidders are invited to obtain a complete set of bidding document from Born Free Foundation Ethiopia Addis Ababa Office located at Adot International Trading Building Room No. 204 near Bisrate Gebriel during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 12:00 am 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm) upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One hundred Birr). Bidders shall present a copy of their renewed trade license for the year, Registration certificate, Tax clearance Certificate valid at submission of bid, Tax Identification and VAT Registration certificate and other necessary documents. Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO Birr 10,000 shall be attached within technical proposal Bidders should submit wax sealed their technical and financial proposal in to separate sealed and stamped envelopes, addressed to Born Free Foundation Ethiopia Addis Ababa office whose address is mentioned below. Bidders are required to attach short company profile Bid will be closed on November 22, 2021, at 2:00 pm and will be opened on the same date at 2:30 pm in the presence of those bidders or their authorized representative who are willing to attend the event Addis Ababa office at Adot International Trading Building Room No 204.
