- Tenders are invited for Supply of Automated Teller Machine(ATM) Pcs Branding(ATM) Bid Bond Security: 100,000 Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase the bidding document by deposit to CBE ACC:1000391712558. Non-refundable Fee ETB 1,000 (One Thousand Birr Only) starting from February 11, 2022 up to February 24, 2022. Bids must be delivered to the address; Sidama Bank S.C, Facility & Procurement department, Head Office Building 3rd floor Mikwor plaza, Sierra Leone Avenue in front of Global Hotel, Addis Ababa -Ethiopia on or before February 24 ,2022 up to 4:00 PM in East African Time ( EAT). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked “FIRST ENVELOPE; Technical PART” (the inner part includes “original and one copy”) will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below Sidama Bank S.C, Facility & procurement department, Liaison Office Building 3rd floor Mikwor plaza, Sera lion Avenue in front of Global Hotel. All envelopes marked “Second Envelope: Financial Part” (the inner part includes “Original and Copy”) shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Purchaser until the second public opening. Birr 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand Birr), 40,000.00( forty thousand) & 30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand Birr) shall be presented as a bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or cashier-s payment order (CPO) or an equivalent amount in freely convertible currency counter guarantee with one of eligible commercial Banks in Ethiopia at least valid for 120 daysupon submission of offer.
