- Tenders are invited for Supply of Banquet Chairs (for Conference Hall) Bid closing date: Feb 07, 2024 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Feb 07, 2024 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 200.00 Birr Bid bond: 2% Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document by depositing a non-refundable payment amount ETB 200 (Two Hundred Birr) on CBE Account Number 1000000950487 in the name of Ethiopian Red Cross Society & collect the bidding document from ERCS Humanitarian Supply Chain Department Procurement Division, First floor, office No.25; which located around Stadium Addis Ababa. Bidders shall present copy of their renewed trade license for the year 2016 E.C., registration certificate, Tax Identification & VAT Registration Certificates and other necessary documents. All tenders must be submitted to Ethiopian Red Cross Society along with a bid security (bid bond) in acceptable forms CPO only specified in the bidding data sheet amounting 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelope. The bid security shall be valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity periodof the bid.
