- Tenders are invited for Sidama National Regional State Mines and Energy Agency Regional Biogas Programme Coordination Unit Invites Sealed Bids from Qualified and Eligible Bidders for the Supply of Biogas Appliances (Biogas Stove, Dome Pipe, Dung Mixer) Bid closing date: 15th consecutive day 02:00 pm Bid opening date: 15th consecutive day 02:30 pm Region: Sidama Bid document price: 300.00 Birr Bid bond: 10,000 Birr A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of birr 300.00 /three hundred birr only/ Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Sidama NRS MEA-RBPCU office Hawassa city, Bids shall be valid for 60 days after bid opening. Bids should be accompanied by bid security of ETB 10,000 in the form of CPO or bank guarantee. Bids must be delivered to the Sidama NRS MEA-RBPCU, Hawassa city, at or before 02:00 pm on 15th consecutive day of this announcement on newspaper. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representative who are interested to attend at 02:30PM on 15th day of announcement this invitation for bids notice on the newspaper at Sidama NRS MEA-RBPCU, Hawassa city. If there will be public holiday and weekend on this date, the closing and opening of the bid will be take place on the next working day at the same time and the same venue.
