- Tenders are invited for Supply of Bomb Calorimeter Bid Security: 2%of FOB Price 2. Bidders need to obtain the complete set of bidding documents by paying a non-refundable sum of Birr 500.00/ Five Hundred Birr/ from EMC Head Office, Block No. 2 during working hours from (8:30 A.M-6:30 P.M / 1:30 PM - 5:00 P.M). 3. Eligible Bidders invited to participate in the bid must have a valid and renewed trade license for the year (for Local Bidders only), VAT registered (for local Bidders only), Tin Certificate, Bid Security, availability of Letter of Authorization to sign the bid offers. 4. The amount of Bids security is 2% of the total FBB price. The bid security shall be in the original form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO from the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia or any other recognized legal bank in Ethiopia. The bid shall remain valid for one hundred twenty (120) days after the bid submission deadline. 7. Bids closing date and time will be on Oct 11, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. (please mark the envelope with the reference number Bid No. EMC/ICB/001/23). Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date shall not be accepted. 8. Bids will be opened on Oct 11, 2023 at 10:30.M In the presence of Bidders' Representatives who chose to attend at the address, date, and time indicated in the Bidding documents.
