- Tenders are invited for Supply of Camera R5 (24-105), Zebra Lens Rf 70-200 and Camera Light Ad 300 Pro (Spot) 1 Camera R5 (24-105) Pcs 1 (One) 2 Zebra Lens RF 70-200 Pcs 1 (One) 3 Camera Light AD 300 Pro (spot) Pcs 1 (One) 3. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be obtained by invited interested and eligible Bidders from the office of Procurement and Supply Management Department, Oda tower 6th floor office No. 604, at working hours. 4. All bids in one original plus one copy properly filled in, signed and stamped, and should be dropped in the Tendèr Box prepared for this purpose at the Procurement and Supply Management department, on 6th floor office No. 604 on or before 2:30 P.M, December 20, 2023 G.C. 5. All Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security by Bank Guarantee (CPO), in favor of SIINQEE BANK SHARE COMPANY. Bids without or less than 50,000 amount of Bid Security will not be considered and rejected automatically. 6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend at the opening ceremony on December 20, 2023 at 3:00 PM on 6th floor office number 604. 7. Late Bids, bids not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for further evaluation purpose. 8. In case any unforeseen situation or public or Government Holiday resulting in Closure of Office on the date of Opening the Tender shall be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
