Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of CBC Machine Bid document price: Birr 100.00 Bid bond: Birr 5,000.00 1. The bid is open only to those who shall fulfill the following requirements: Should have a currently renewed relevant Trade license, Should have registration of value-added tax (VAT) and Should have registered in supplier's list and can produce a print out from the website of Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency or can be confirmed from source data. 2. A complete set of bid documents can be obtained against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One hundred) from Procurement and supply management Team office, Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Head office building 1st-floor room No.108 3. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 5,000.00 (Five Thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee valid for 90 days. 4. Bid documents must be delivered to Procurement and supply management Team office, Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Head office building 1st-floor room No.108 On May 19, 2021, up to 2:00 pm and Bids will be opened on the same date at Facility Management Directorate Conference hall at 9:00 PM. 5.
