- Tenders are invited for Supply of Cement Mill 6kv Main Drive Motor Bids opening date: Dec 3, 2021 10:00 AM Bid document price: Birr 100.00 Bid bond: 2% Eligible Suppliers / Agents could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of their renewed licenses (Foreign Trade Auxiliary) VAT Registration Certificate, Registration Certificate issued from Ministry of Finance & Economic against payment of a non-refundable Birr 100.00 before vat from Supply Service Office Addis Ababa Beklo Bet Garad Building, 3rd Floor during working days from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the form of a certified cheque, CPO, or Bank Guarantee which will be payable on first demand by Chemical Industry Corporation Magher Cement Factory. Wax-sealed Bids shall be delivered to Mugher Cement Factory Supply Service Team Addis Ababa office on or before December 03, 2021, at 9:30 A.M Bidders should provide one original and one copy of "Technical" and "Financial" documents separately. Bids (Technical offer) will be opened on the same date on December 03, 2021, at 10:00 A.M in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives, MCF reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
