- Tenders are invited for Supply of Computer & Related Office Equipment Bids opening date: Dec 27, 2021 08:00 PM Bid document price: 100.00 Birr Bid bond: 2% The Bid document shall be obtained commencing December 13, 2021, from the Resource Management Department located at Abay Insurance S.C. against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One hundred Birr) during office hours. The bidders shall have valid and renewed trade licenses, VAT and TIN certificates & Tax clearance certificates. Bidders must be supported with a 2% Bid Security bond of the total bid amount (Refundable) in the form of CPO in favor of Abay Insurance S.C. Bidders shall submit their bid document at Abay Insurance S.C. Head Office, Addis Ababa, Bole Sub city Wereda 03 H/No 377 In front of Atlas Hotel in Abay Insurance S.C. Building 4th floor Office 405, Human Resource and Facility Management Department from December 13,, 2021 to December 27,, 2021 and Bids will be opened on the same date December 27, 2021, the same place at 2:15 PM in the afternoon. All Bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Resource Management Department at Abay Insurance S.C. during office hours before December 27, 2021, until 8:00: PM in the afternoon. Bidders that do not fulfill the bid requirements will be disqualified; Abay Insurance S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partly or fully.
