Tenders are invited for Supply of Cooking & Restaurant Equipment Bids opening date: Nov 17, 2021 10:30 AM Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand birr) Interested Potential bidders are required to present renewed relevant Trade License for the Ethiopian fiscal year, VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate, and online Supplier list registration Certificate together with their offer. Building documents should be prepared in the English language. Interested Potential Bilders obtain a complete set of bidding documents from the office of Procurement Department against peyacut of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 upon presentation of Trade Liocase generated for the fiscal year This invitation of a bid is open to all facets potential bidders regardless of their nationality, and the bid evaluation and awards be determined by the provision indicated in the bidding document The deadline for bid Submission shall be on November 17, 2021, at 10:00 PM Bid must be accompanied with a Bid Security of an amount of Birr:100,000.00 (one hundred thousand) in the form of certified cheque (CPO) or Bank Guarantee, Bid Bond in the form of insurance bond or any other form shall not be accepted. Bids must be delivered or deposited in the Tender Box situated at the office of the Procurement Department, before the closing date and time. Bids will be opened on November 17, 2021, at 10:30 PM in the Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation Procurement Department conference room, in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend. The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation reserves its right to reject any or all bids.
