- Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Global Positioning System (Gps) Based Vehicles Movement Trucking and Fleet Monitoring System for 400 Vehicles. Bids opening date: Nov 15, 2021 02:30 PM Bid document price: 200.00 (Birr Two Hundred) Bid bond: 1% Interested bidders shall submit the following evidences: - a. Certificate of Registration from Respective Authorities Supply and installation GPS devices renewed at least for 2013 E.C. b. Trade License renewed for 2013 EFY; c. It's Tax Clearance Certificate which states the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at list the deadline for submission of the bids, and d. TIN number & VAT Registration Certificate e. Eligible Bidders should submit copies of all the necessary documents mentioned above (from 2.a to 2d) with their bid proposal Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below on the working days. A complete set of bidding document prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 200.00 Bidders shall submit two envelopes "qualification information and bid security” in on envelop and "financial bid” separately in another envelop and should be sealed in an outer envelope Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Technical qualification first and financial bids for qualified bidders next. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 15, November, 2021 at 02:00 PM and will be opened on the date specified above @2:30Pm. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security 1% of the total submitting cost Late bids will be rejected.
