- Tenders are invited for Supply, Design, Installation, Testing Commission and Training of 20 Tph Compound Animal (Poultry, Cattle & Fish) Feed Animal Processing Plant Machinery and Equipment Producing Both Mash and Pellets Interested bidders may obtain the hard and/or electronic copy of the bidding document from our office which located at Addis Ababa, Biftu Building 11th Floor, up on submission of official request along with copies of valid business licenses (either in person or via email request through tegegngudeta@yahoo.com from the date of announcement of the bid in newspaper Local bidders must present their renewed license, VAT registration certificate and other relevant license to purchase the bidding document. International suppliers are required to submit an authorized license or certificate that indicates the supplier is authorized to transact the subject matter of the bid from the country of origin. Bids should be accompanied by Bid Security of USD 10,000. And Bid security furnished by foreign bidders from a bank outside of Ethiopia shall be unconditional and counter guaranteed and issued by a recognized Bank established in Ethiopia. The types of acceptable bid Securities are: Unconditional bank guarantee using the form provided in section 4 of this bidding document or Cash Payment Order (CPO). Bidders are expected to submit two copies of the bid in separate sealed envelopes marked "original” and “copy” to the address BOMOJ Meat Industry S.C, 11th Floor Biftu Building, on or before 45th calendar days from the date of announcement on the Newspaper until 2:00 P.M. Bids submitted after this deadline will not be accepted. Bids will be closed on the 45th calendar day from the date of announcement on the Newspaper at 2:00 P.M and will be opened on the same day at 2:30 P.M on the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives at BOMOJ Meat Industry S.C's Office, Addis Ababa.
