- Tenders are invited for Supply of Desktop Computer 1.1 A complete set of bidding documents can be obtained by interested bidders upon payment of non-refundable Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) from Premier Switch Solutions, Corporate Service Department, 7th Floor Awash Insurance Building, Awash Towers, Ras Abebe Aregay Street P.O.Box_14805 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Africa Avenue, from the date: April 30, 2023, during working hours from Monday to Saturday. 1.3 Bidder should submit a complete bid document to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the Bid name and lot numbers written on the envelope to Corporate Service Department on or before May 15, 2023, 2:00 P.M. Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. 1.4 Bid Document should be accompanied by a bid Security of Birr 5,000.00 (Birr Five Thousand only). The bid bond shall be in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee and shall be valid for 120 days from the Bid opening date. 1.5 Prices quoted shall remain valid for 120 days from the Bid opening date. 1.6 Bid will be opened on May 15, 2023, at 2:30 P.M in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the PSS Board room Bid closing date: May 15, 2023 2:00 PM Bid opening date: May 15, 2023 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 100.00 ETB Bid bond: 5,000.00 ETB
