- Quotation are invited for Supply of Desktop Computer qty: 80 Bid document price: 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 7000 birr A complete set of the bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-returnable fee of ETB 100.00 as of the date of the advertisement is Noticed in Ethiopia Herald Newspaper The method of payment shall be in cash 5. Bidders shall submit envelopes "Technical Proposal and Bid Security" in one envelope and "Financial Bid" in the other envelope, the two envelopes shall be sealed in an outer envelope, 6. Evaluation is to be carried out in One-Envelope Bidding Process and only technical proposal qualified bidder's proposals will conduct financial evaluation next 7.Bids must be delivered to the address mentioned below up June 28, 2021 from the date of the advertisement notice appearing on Ethiopian herald News Paper Up to 3:30 pm Local time. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 7,000.00 (Seven Thousand Birr in CPO or equivalent amount of 7,000.00 in other Currencies). Late submission will be rejected. Technical proposal, Financial Proposal and Bid Security of the bidders will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the above mentioned place at 3:00pm local time.
