- Tenders are invited for Supply of Desktop Computer including Installation of Basic Application Software Bids opening date: Nov, 10/2021 G.C at 2:30 pm local time. Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: Birr 20,000.00 Beginning from the first announcement date on the newspaper Interested bidders can obtain the bid document upon a payment of nonrefundable fee of Ethiopia Birr 200.00 Birr from Amhara regional office, at Bahir Dar, Aregawiyan Building 2nd Floor, Office No.14 or at Addis Ababa from our head office / Bole: Off Mescal Flower Road, in front of Commercial graduates association/. All bids must be accompanied by bid security (ETB) 20,000.00 in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO and shall remain valid for 60/Sixty/ days. The bid documents should be submitted in one original and one copy. “Original Technical Document” and “Copy 1 of Technical Document” respectively, and the two envelopes shall then be scaled in an outer envelope marked: "Technical Document”. Similarly, the original and copies of the financial documents shall be scaled in separate envelopes and marked "Original Financial Document” and “Copy of Financial Document” respectively, and the two envelopes shall then be scaled in an outer envelope marked: “Financial Document*. Then the technical and financial documents shall then be scaled in mother envelop marked with the name of the Bidder. All envelops shall then be sealed. All bids shall be delivered to ATA, Amhara Regional Office at Bahir Dar, Aregawiyan Building 2nd Floor, Office No. 14 before the bid closing date and time. Bid closing date shall be on Nov, 10/2021 G.C at 8:00 pm local time and will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representative at the office of AȚA, Amhara Regional Office /Conference Room/, Bahir Dar on the same date at 2:30 pm local time. If the bid opening date is a holiday, closing and opening of the bid will be the next working day at the same time and the same venue, Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency, Amhåra Regional Office (ATA-AMRO) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid, and to annul the bidding process.
