- Tenders are invited for Supply of Desktop Computers and Printers Bids opening date: Oct 18, 2021 04:00 PM Bid document price: ETB 100.00 Bid bond: ETB 15,000.00 A complete set of the bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-returnable fee of ETB 100.00 as of the date of the advertisement is Noticed in Ethiopia Herald Newspaper. The method of payment shall be in cash. Bidders shall submit technical and bid Security in one envelop and financial proposal in another envelop the two separate envelopes shall be sealed in an outer envelope. Evaluation is to be carried out in One-Envelope Bidding Process Bids must be delivered to the address mentioned below up October 18,2021 from the date of the advertisement notice appearing on Ethiopian herald News Paper Up to 3:30 pm Local time. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand Birr in CPO or equivalent amount of 15,000.00 in other Currencies). Late submission will be rejected. Technical proposal and Financial Proposal with Bid Security of the bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the above mentioned place at 4:00 pm local time
