- Tenders are invited for Supply of Diaries and Table Calendars: 5,000 Executive Diaries, 70,000 Normal Diaries, 40,000 Table Calendars. A bid bond amounting to Birr 100,000. 1. Awash Bank & Awash Insurance Company S.C. invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Diaries and Table Calendars for 2015 FY. · · 5,000 Executive Diaries · 70,000 Normal Diaries · 40,000 Table Calendars 2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tender procedure contained in the procedure manual of the sister companies and other relevant laws of the country, and it is open to all eligible bidders. 3. A complete bidding document shall be obtained from Marketing and Communication Directorate of Awash Bank located at Awash Towers, 12th floor during office hours (Monday to Saturday) starting from Oct 18, 2021 4. Bidders must present copy of renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate and TIN certificate. 5. Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting to Birr 100,000 submitted by the bidder either in the form of Bank Guarantee or Cashier Payment Order (CPO) 6. Bid documents must be presented with samples on or before the opening date of the Bid. Bidders must present their Financial & Technical proposals (sealed & signed) in separate envelopes. Bid security should be provided in a separate envelope and submitted together with the Technical proposal envelope. 9. The bid will be opened on Nov 23, 2021 at 10 AM. (in the morning) in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who wish to attend the opening at Headquarters of the sister companies. 10. The sister companies reserve the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
