- Tenders are invited for Supply of Different Electronics Equipment, Gold Indicator Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: Birr 40,000.00 Qualifications requirements include: A Bidder shall amend the evidence of its continued eligibility with the following documents: a) Renewed Trading License for the year 2013 E.C; b) TIN (Tax Identification Number) c) VAT Registration Certificate d) Certificate of Registration in suppliers list e) A valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority f) Letter of Authorized signature(Power of Attorney) A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by the interested bidders on the submission of a written application from Sidama National Regional State Water & Irrigation Development Bureau, P/F/P/ Ad/S/Directorate, Hawassa City, Near to Hawassa post office, Telephone number +251-46-212 54 80 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 or equivalent freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be in cash against receipt. Bids shall he valid for a period of Sixty (60) days after Bid opening and must he accompanied by bid security of 40,000.00 Birr (One hundred Thousand) in the form Unconditional Bank Guarantee or C.P.O., for a validity date of 90 Days, Bids must be delivered to the SNRS Regional Water & Irrigation Development Bureau, Room number 03 Hawassa, at or before 12:00 a.m.on 15th calendar day from the date of this announcement. If the 15 day is not working day or the date of National Holy Day, the bid submission will be the next working day at the same Venue and time. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders their representatives who choose to attend in person at 2:30 P.M. on 15th calendar day from the date of this announcement. If the 15th day is not working day or the date of National Holy Day, the bid opening date will be the next working day at the same Venue and time
