- Tenders are invited for Supply of Different Kinds of Animal Health Lab Equipment Bid closing date: January 7/2024 at 4:00 local time Bid opening date: January 7/2024 at 4:30 local time Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 400.00 Birr Bid bond: 250,000.00 Birr Interested bidder who have relevant renewed license for the current budget year, VAT registration evidence and supplier list registration certificate is mandatory, A complete set of Bidding Documents in English can be purchased by interested bidders from Oromia Bureau Agriculture at "Sarbet" area in front of School of Nations the Regional Government of Oromia Bureaus Middle Block 3rd floor Procurement department during office hours upon non-refundable deposit of 400.00 birr in to our account number 1000007342105 starting from December 5/2023. All interested bidders should deposit 400.00 birr on the account number 1000007 342105 named ORO.BUR.AGR.NAT.RES. and should provide bank receipt along with. All bids must be accomplished by bid bond Birr 250,000.00 in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or certified payment order (C.P.O). Bids must be delivered to Oromia Bureau of Agriculture, "Sarbet" area in front of school of nations The regional government of oromia bureaus in the Middle Block 3rd floor at Procurement team on January 7/2024 up to 4:00 local time in the morning. Bidders should submit their technical and financial offers separately in sealed envelopes one original and one copy.
