- Tenders are invited for Supply of following: Executive Ball Pen, Normal Ball Pen, Golf Umbrella Foldable Umbrella Gift BagCar reflector USB Flash Polo T-shirt Document Bag Capeskey chain ATM Card Holder Wall Clock Mug Chest Pins Drip Mat Outdoor Tent Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the directives of the Bank and other relevant law of the country and open to all eligible bidders. Complete set of bidding documents shall be obtained from Awash Bank located at Awash Towers/right side/12th-floor Marketing and Communication Directorate, (Monday to Friday 8:00 am-12:00 pm,1:00 pm-4:30 pm) and Saturday 8:00 am-12:00 pm), upon presentation of a copy of renewed trade license. Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amount of birr 50,000 (fifty thousand) either in the form of bank Guarantee or Cashier Payment Order (CPO) Financial and technical proposals shall be provided in separate envelopes. Bid Opening will be held at the office of Marketing and Communication Directorate Awash Tower 12thfloor right side. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the office of Marketing and Communication Directorate 011557-01-67/70 It is Mandatory to present samples for each item. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully. The Bank may award one or more types for a single bidder The bid opening date will be September 02, 2021, at 10:00 AM The detail on specifications for the supply of the above listed give away items can be collected from Awash Bank, Marketing and Communication 12th floor, behind National Theatre, at Awash Towers, on the right-wing of the Building starting August 02, 2021
