- Tenders are invited for Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa Invites Sealed Bids from Eligible Bidders for the Supply of Different Materials and Services supply service whose Specifications are detailed in the bid document under 1 year contract. The bid price shall be used for 1 year without change. The Items are categorized into different LOTS Lot 1 Electrical workshop Lot 2 Mechanical workshop Lot 3 Fire distinguisher Lot 4 Water Supply Lot 5 Building Materials Supplier Lot 6 Maintenance of building (Painting works) Lot 7 Food testing laboratory Lot 8 Custom Clearance service Lot 9 Pest control service Lot 10 Audiovisual Production Service Lot 11 Vacuum Cleaner Maintenance Lot 12 Staff uniforms, Norma service team shoes, and safety shoes Bidders can bid for LOT/LOTS of their preference Bidders are required to furnish the following: Valid registration documents Business Registration and license certificates Duly signed bid form in the format attached to the bid document The deadline for submission of bids deadline will be November 10 2023 at 10 PM local time. Sealed bids will be opened on October 24, 2023, at 3:30 AM local time in the presence of bidders or Bidders' representatives who choose to attend, at the address below. Both technical and financial offers should be in the same envelope. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
