Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of Different Stationery Materials 2. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download the biding document via https://bids.extratenders.net/bids-shop/ dashen viahttps://dashen.afrotender.com/ or afrotender.com to access the biding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 120.00 (Birr One Hundred Twenty only) for each Lot starting from August 7, 2023. 3. Copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document. 4. 2% of your total financial offer shall be presented as a bid security in the form of an unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) or) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of an offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days 6. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on or before August 22, 2023, up to 5:00 PM at the place mentioned under No. 7 below. 7. Bid opening shall be conducted in the presence of the bidder or their legal representative at the avenue of Dashen Bank, 7th floor Supply Chain Management Department, meeting hall, on August 23, 2023, @ 2:00 PM afternoon.
