Tenders are invited for Supply of Different Types of Food Items 1 Wheat Flour Qtl 990 2 Pulse Qtl 99 3 Famix Supplementary Qtl 419 4 Edible Oil (with Ilit) Lit 2970 5 Bathing Body Soap 175 Gm No 4400 Interested and eligible bidders can obtain further detail information's directly from the EECMY-DASSC procurement and Logistics office at the address given below during office hours within the indicated dates. For any Interested bidder the bid announcement is opened up to October 11/2021 12:00 Am from the date of the announcement on newspaper at the address given below. Interested Bidders are requested to deliver wax sealed bid document original and copy of Technical and Financial proposal separately to EECMY-DASSC Head Office, in its Office building at Amist Kilo within 10 working days from the announcement of this bid on newspaper. Bids shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days after Bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by bid bond of Birr 10,000.00 in the form of Cashier's. Payment Order (CPO) and shall be marked payable to EECMY-DASSC and issued by illegible Ethiopian Bank. Bidders must attach valid business/trade license, VAT registration, supplier data Registration certificate for the current year, Tax clearance and good performance evidence and past work experience in related field. Bids shall be closed on the 11th of October 2021 at 12:00 AM and will be opened on the same date at 2:00 PM on the 11th of October 2021 at EECMY-DASSC Head office Meeting Hall in the presence of the bidders/ duly authorized representatives who wish to attend.
