Tenders are invited for Supply of Different Types of IT Equipment.. Bid closing date: Jul 12, 2022 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Jul 12, 2022 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 250 ETB Bid bond: 2% Bidders who are engaged in the sector shall present renewed trade licenses, VAT registration certificates, current tax clearance certificates, supplier list registration certificates, taxpayer registration certificates, Renewed, and relevant trade license registration certificates, and Manufacturing Authorization certificates. The bid document shall be obtained from Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services enterprise which is located on a new building on the 3rd floor against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 250.00 (Two Hundred Fifty Birr only) during office hours starting from the first date of this announcement in the newspaper The bid document shall be accompanied by a bid bond amount not less than 2% of the total price but not greater than birr 500,000, in the name of Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise with a technical Proposal in the form of a bank guarantee or CPO that can be valid at least 73 days after bid opening. Bidders shall submit financial, technical, and bid bond guaranty offer in separate envelopes. The bid document shall be submitted in the tender box for the above address on the 10th floor on or before July 12, 2022, at 2:00 pm (afternoon) and it shall be opened on the same date at 2:30 pm (afternoon) in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Late bids shall not be accepted and returned unopened. Ethiopian Shipping & Logistics Services Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
