Tenders are invited for Supply of Different Types of Tyre 2.1 1S5/70/R14 k435 Pcs 272 2.2 265/70/R15 RA33 Pcs 148 2.3 265/70 R17 RSH Pcs 52 2.4 265/70 R16 RA33 Pcs 68 2.5 215/60 R17 RA23 Pcs 100 2.6 225/70/R15 RA18 Pcs 12 2.7 750 R16 12PR AH11 with inner tube Pcs 156 2.8 165/65/R14 KAL35 Pcs 108 225/75/R16 RF11 285/65/R17 RA33 195/R15 8PR LVo 1 A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from Procurement Division of Awash Bank S.C located at around AAU School of commerce, in front of Mezid Plaza, new under construction Building 3rd Floor upon producing receipt of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 /One Hundred/ for each lot by depositing in Account Number 01540000544500, at AWASH BANK ANY BRANCH, during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM; 1:00 PM-4:30 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM) starting from January 12,2022 upon Presentation of copy of renewed Trade license, Certificate of registration, Tax Clearance certification, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Registration Certificate for local bidders Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amount of; · Birr 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand) for Lot 2 Bid document must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before January 27, 2022 10:00 AM for all Lot in the above mentioned address. Bid opening shall be held at the office of Director Procurement and Supplies Management Directorate, on the above mentioned address in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who, wish to attend on January 27, 2022 at 10:30 AM for Lot 2 The bid validity period shall be 120 days beginning from the bid opening date The bid security shall be valid for 148 days so as to be valid and including from the date of opening of the bid.
