- Tenders are invited for Supply of Drinking Water in 20-Litre Jars for Dispenser Use for WFP Ethiopia-Based Offices. Description of Requirements Prospective suppliers must have a minimum of three (3) years' experience in the line of business. Inclusion of disability policy and women-owned companies add value to the prequalification process. The prospective supplier will be required to have the capacity to fulfil the requirements as per the scope of works indicated. SCOPE OF WORKS Supply of water in 20-liter jars, delivered twice a week to WFP offices located in and out of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia with monthly approximate consumption of 1000-1100 jars. Details of locations to be communicated at later stage. The deliveries should be done twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday, and without delay or change in the delivery schedule. All emergencies and unexpected water requests, etc. shouldbe attended to in twenty-four (24) hours upon receipt of formal request from WFP office. Water provided by the vendor should comply with specification of CES 99: 2021 Compulsory Ethiopian Standard for Packaged Drinking Water (other than packaged mineral water) Jar water should be produced by vendor who has received the certificate from concerned body, Bid closing date: Nov 13, 2023 2:00 PM Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date Region: Addis Ababa
