No offer should be sent via personal e-mails. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 10,000 (Ten thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee in the name of the Ethiopian Public Health Association for each lot, which will be refunded as soon as the contract is signed with the winner.
