- Tenders are invited for Supply of Computer & Related Office Equipment. Furniture and Fixtures, Stationary and Consumable Items and Printing and Publishing Materials Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: 2% The Bid document shall be obtained commencing October 04, 2021 from Resource Management Department located at Abay Insurance S.C. against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (two hundred Birr) for each LOT during office hours. The bidders shall have valid and renewed trade license, VAT and TIN certificates & Tax clearance certificates. Bidders must be supported with 2% Bid Security bond of the total bid amount (Re-fundable) in the form of CPO in favor of Abay Insurance S.C. Bidders shall submit their bid document at Abay Insurance S.C. Head Office, Addis Ababa, Bole Subcily Wereda 03 H/No 377 In front of Atlas Hotel in Abay Insurance S.C. Building 4th floor Office 405, Resource Management Department from October 04, 2021 to October 19, 2021 and Bids will be opened on the same date October 19, 2021 the same place at 2:15 PM in the afternoon. All Bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Resource Management Department at Abay Insurance S.C. during office hours before October 19, 2021 until 8:00: PM in the afternoon. Bidders that do not fulfill the bld requirements will be disqualified; Abay Insurance S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partly or fully.
