- Tenders are invited for Supply of Food Oil (Edible Oil with the Best Quality): qty 2268 Tender Documents /Eligible Bidder must have: Renewed trade License Tax Payer Registration Certificate Letter of authentication to participate in Bid Value Added Tax Registration Certificate CPO for bid bond Bid security of 2% of the total submitted cost, in an Acceptable Bank Guarantee or (CPO) Bid from a Known bank should be submitted before 04:30 pm of the tenth day of the first announcement. CPO for bid bond will be returned on the third day if not won. If the company wins, the CPO will be included in the performance bond 10% of the total amount of the winning price. It is mandatory to give a unit price before VAT and price validity date Bidders should submit their financial proposal/offer accompanied by copies of all Appropriate certified documents under eligibility requirement, company profile and license in a sealed and stamped envelope at the same address on or before the 7th December 2021 until 4:30 pm by hand, not by email. Bids submission after the deadline will not be considered. Quotations should be valid for a minimum of 20 days. Submission of Product Quality Certificate is advantageous
