- Tenders are invited for Supply of Information Technology (IT) Equipment 5. Bidders who wish to participate in the bidding process shall register on the e-GP system www.ppa.gov.et e-GP portal. For unregistered suppliers, please follow the one-off sign-up and registration process as indicated on the portal's Get Started link (https://egp.ppa.gov.et/egp/home/getting-started). 6. Bids will be opened online, and bidders or their representatives can participate virtually through the link which will be availed. A bidder who will submit bid his proposal must share his bid opening key within 30 minutes after the bid closing time.
